For username and password issues, it would be good to include your transaction number provided in your e-mailed receipt. If you are having username and password issues, provide three (3) usernames that we choose from to assign to your membership and one (1) password. Usernames must be unique and can only be used once, therefore your first or even second choice may be in use by someone else and not available.
